Bolivia’s Altiplano is one of the world’s leading sources of quinoa, a native Andean grain grown at high altitude around Lake Titicaca and the southern Salar de Uyuni region. We support local growers and cooperatives in reaching international markets, investing in processing, packaging and export logistics so this traditional crop can compete as a premium global health food.

Sugar of Bolivia

In the country’s eastern lowlands, sugar cane is processed into sugar and related by-products for both the domestic and export markets. We invest in the agro-industrial capacity behind this production – from cultivation and milling infrastructure to distribution – helping local producers scale while favoring the regional economy.

Across both crops, our role mirrors our approach to infrastructure and mining: connecting Bolivia’s local agricultural capacity with international customers, investment and expertise, and helping bring these products to new markets while strengthening local employment and rural communities.
